This policy describes what Bass Lake Surf Club collects when you visit https://basslakesurfclub.com or place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the contents of your order. When you contact us or join the mailing list, we collect what you type into that form.
Your cart is stored in your own browser. It never leaves your device until you start checkout.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, who receives your card details directly.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions and — if you asked for it — send you occasional email about new products. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the shop: our payment processor, our shipping carrier, our email provider and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and returns. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Your choices
Email ericrawn@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from email. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

If this policy changes we will post the updated version on this page.
