Using the site

You must be the age of majority in your state or province to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site or its security.

Products and pricing

Colours shown on screen are as accurate as your display allows and may differ slightly from the item you receive. Product photographs are representative.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit or refuse any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. If we cannot fulfil an order we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Payment is taken by our payment processor at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Items are printed in small runs, so allow a few days before dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos and site content are the property of Bass Lake Surf Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
